Dear coxes,

Apologies, first of all, for clogging your inboxes with my plea. If you are
not interested yourself, please could you pass this email on to anyone who
might be.

St. Edmund's College Boat Club (SECBC) are desperately searching for coxes
to take our women through Lent Bumps. This year we have ended up with more
enthusiastic rowers than coxes and I personally feel it would be a shame to
let a crew go to waste if there are any willing coxes out there who find
themselves left without a crew.

Our W1 crew have a guaranteed place in Lent Bumps and our W2 crew will be
participating in the Getting-On race to hopefully win St. Ed's that
much-coveted second spot. Both crews are training regularly with very
experienced coaches, though we wouldn't expect you to do any more outings
than you wanted to. The team has a great dynamic and we're looking forward
to welcoming a new cox into our midst!

We will handle all the necessary permission-seeking to allow you to cox for
us for this term. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like
any additional information.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon (kg326).

Kind regards,

Kelleigh Goosen
[SECBC Women's Captain]
