[CUCBC Coxes] Bung Starts

Practising bung starts outside the boathouses will be permitted next Monday and before 13:00 Tuesday (22nd and 23rd February) only.

You are reminded that you should be practicing only the first couple of strokes, not the full start! The purpose of this is for the coxes to practice getting straight and pushing off.

You can of course take your own chain and pole down to First Post Reach and practice full starts there at any time.
