[CUCBC Coxes] Change back to normal spinning point at the lock

Hi guys, 

 

The river has dropped sufficiently that we are ok to revert back to the
normal spinning point at the lock.  All boats should now spin at the orange
posts.  As always, please clear the spinning zone after you have got round.
