[CUCBC Coxes] Below Baitsbite

Dear all,

The river is currently closed to all crews below Baitsbite Lock due to high
river levels and strong stream.  This is in force until further notice; the
situation will be checked tomorrow morning for any crews with permission to
row through Pembroke Regatta.
