[CUCBC Coxes] Conditions for Robinson Head

Dear all,

As you are likely aware conditions at the river are far from ideal due to
all the recent snow. At this time we are still planning to run Robinson Head
as planned. There may be some minor delays as start marshals try to
negotiate the towpath up to Baitsbite Lock for the second division.

Racing conditions should be fine, as the snow is forecast to stop soon, but
can all bank parties please make sure that all of your rowers have plenty of
clothing. Please also take care on the towpath, which is something of a
nightmare at the moment. Do not feel it necessary to cycle to keep up with
crews at race pace if you aren't happy too!
