[CUCBC Coxes] Lent Bumps 2009 - Friday Results and Notes and Fines

To reinforce Dan's message re paddling home safely, incompetent coxing on
the way home will be fined. There is a history of accidents (and injuries)
being caused as a result of swapping crews/coxes who have no experience of
rowing/coxing or rowing on the opposite side around. Don't do it.
