[CUCBC Coxes] River conditions this morning

Dear all,

There is a strong and gusty wind this morning, and the water level is
substantially above the banks in the boathouse area.  The flag will
remain yellow to give more experienced crews the choice, but you must
adapt your training to the conditions.  Coxes, you have the final word
on whether or not you wish to boat, and should not be forced into
going on the water if you are not confident.
