[CUCBC Coxes] a warning

Dear all

sadly, I have issue a very strong warning to all clubs. Despite my previous e-mail re flags, it seems that some consider following the flag rules optional, and, further, are prepared to disregard the direct instruction of a CUCBC Committee member in respect of following these rules.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Be assured that a very strong set of penalties will be applied in respect of this incident, affecting both the club concerned, and the individuals in the crews concerned. We will not tolerate either wilful and blatant disregard of these rules, or this attiitude being taken towards Committee members.
