[CUCBC Coxes] Coxing Rep Manifestos

Dear all,

Attached are the manifestos for the two candidates for Coxing Rep - Mark
Stringer and Andrew Norman.  Senior coxes please read and digest so you can
vote with surety on Sunday at 7.45pm after the Senior Coxes' meeting.

The web gnomes will also put them up on the CUCBC website.
