[CUCBC Coxes] WAP Flag Status

Dear All,
Following today's flag changes we've had a few queries regarding the WAP
flag status page not being up to date.

(This, by the way, can be found at http://www.cucbc.org/status.wml from WAP
compatible phones.)

The page was automatically updated after all the flag changes today BUT some
phones may still display older versions due to them caching pages to reduce
the amount of data downloaded.

Therefore I suggest going to the page and explicitly selecting "refresh" or
"reload" to double check you've got the latest version.

Hope that clears up some confusion.
