[CUCBC Coxes] can you help Cambridge '99 RC tonight

Coxes:

We have a women's novice 8 (which isn't really that novice) that needs 
to practice some starts etc for their first race of the season in 
Nottingham this Sat.

They are planning on going out tonight, meeting at 6:15 for 6:30 on the 
water.. they will likely be finished by 8. We would be grateful for 
your help.

Is there anyone that can help them out tonight?  or that would like to 
have a crack at a 2K race in Nottingham this Saturday?
