[CUCBC Coxes] Spam to Coxes List

Coxes, Apologies for the spam that's been hitting the Coxes List in the 
last day or two. Usually we manage to catch it before it gets through 
but the most recent lot was pretending to be the list itself sending 
the mail.

I've just re-configured the list to deal with this but do let us know 
if similar things happen in future. As usual we're on 
webmaster at cucbc.org.
