Divs are 1200, 1330 and 1500. Racing crews have to be past Green Dragon by 20 min before div start time so if you want to row through, I recommend aiming for Green Dragon bridge by 30 min before the relevant div.<br />

On your way back, just follow the last boats through. Divs have approx 30 boats so should be done by about 30 min after the div start time.<br />

<br />

There will be plenty of marshals with radios so please communicate with them clearly, letting them know you are aware of the race and are willing to fit in around things.<br />
