The position is ideal for those who are just breaking into rowing coaching (as our budget means we cannot reasonably expect a semi-professional coach currently), and are happy to work with a plan presented to them to execute in on-water sessions. Recent grads (or current students) familiar with college rowing are particularly encouraged, so if captains could kindly distribute this email to those they think may be suitable, it would be greatly appreciated.
