Here is the message: <br><br>Hi all,<br><br>I am currently running a research study on the relationship between protein intake and training recovery. I look for participants with resistance training experience, who would be able to attend training sessions in July at the Anglia Ruskin University (see attachment for details).<br><br>This study is expected to have a significant impact in the field of exercise science, as it examines training adaptations in trained individuals (in contrast to most studies conducted on beginners) and will allow to make recommendations for advanced level trainees. <br><br>If you fit the criteria described in the attachment and would be interested in taking part, please email me (a.zinchenko@live.de).
