There are no restrictions on which crews may boat.

Outlook: Although the flag is green, gusts of wind are still expected throughout the day. Coaches/coxes of individual crews should make an assessment of their ability to cope with sudden gusts before boating - just because you can boat doesn't always mean you should boat.
