Dear all,

Thank you for your patience in what proved to be an overly eventful day of racing. Today’s results are available here: http://www.cucbc.org/lents <http://www.cucbc.org/lents>
Notes from the Umpires

It is essential that crews clear quickly after bumping. The crew which has bumped up only needs to stop for long enough for the boats to separate, and then should immediately begin clearing.
Coxes please look behind you before deciding which side to clear to.
Apologies for the lack of cannons in the first two divisions; matters outside of our control conspired against us unfortunately. Thank you for everyone's understanding and patience in those divisions.
Fines

Caius - Failure to provide a marshal - £15
Caius W3 - Poor clearing - £20
Christ's M2 - Easying upon being bumped - £20
Downing W2 - Causing an obstruction - £40

Magdalene M1 - Foul and abusive language (bank party) - £50
Magdalene M1 - Unsporting behaviour (bank party) - £15

All fines can be appealed by e-mailing Dan Wilkins, CUCBC Senior Treasurer (seniortreasurer at cucbc.org <mailto:seniortreasurer at cucbc.org>), within 48 hours of this email being sent.

Best wishes,
Conor
