The flag is Green.

There are no restrictions on which crews may boat.

Outlook: The good news is the towpath is in much better shape and the visibility is excellent. The bad news is there’s still a lot of ice. There’s a navigable channel all the way to the Plough, then quite a lot of ice just upstream of Grassy, but if you can push through that it’s clear all the way to the lock. Some sections are not wide enough for two boats to pass, so use caution when passing! If it stays as it is, it’ll be yellow tomorrow to limit traffic. It’s quite possible it’ll refreeze overnight though, so may have to go back to red/yellow.
