The flag is Green.

There are no restrictions on which crews may boat.

Outlook: Apologies for the late notice - provisional green for now, but please warn all crews (preferably before leaving for the boathouse!) that the forecast for the morning is windy and cold, so they should dress appropriately. Woolly hats are recommended. Flag will be reassessed before lighting down and (hopefully) again before novice boating time.
