Dear all,

Please see the following announcements from Xpress regarding their race
this evening, in light of the high wind speeds:

Quoting from the later post (this is not a condition that CUCBC would
impose, but something Xpress have chosen to impose to allow them to run the
race safely):

"ONLY crews permitted to row under CUCBC yellow flag conditions may race."
