CUCBC does not set the flag status during vacations.

Outlook: Believe it or not, there is a horse stuck in the river in the spinning zone. The fire department will be along to fish it out.

Please refrain from piecing past it, plan you spin well beyond the zone (yes, just this once) and try and move through the spinning zone on the meadow side to avoid further distressing it.
