[CUCBC Contacts] Sculling boats

Dear all,

A few cases of near collisions between VIII and singles/doubles/quads have
been reported lately and I would like to remind all coxes that these boats
may (literally) not always know where they are going and that it is
therefore important if they are heading towards your crew to shout
"PAIR!"/"DOUBLE!"/"FOUR!"/"QUAD!"
or something to get their attention.
