The flag is Green.

There are no restrictions on which crews may boat.

Outlook: PRE-EMPTIVE GREEN FLAG.

River levels appear manageable for most crews, and stream is low (though still present). There's no more rain forecast overnight, though because of moderate winds predicted tomorrow morning, the flag will be re-assessed in the usual fashion.

Remember though, A GREEN FLAG DOES NOT MAGICALLY MAKE YOUR CREW OR COX COMPETENT. A green flag means that your lower boats may go out if their cox and coach believe it safe to do so. A second boat that has been training regularly may be OK, a fourth boat on their second outing of term almost certainly isn't. Please be sensible, else we shall have to be much stricter in the way flags are set in future.
