The river is closed, except to tub pairs between Jesus Lock and Chesterton and University crews with the express permission of their Head Coach.

Outlook: Due to ice on the river this evening and sub-zero temperatures forecast all night, the flag is provisionally Red/Yellow.  This will be reviewed at approximately 0630 tomorrow.
