Mays. Please
find a link to the poster advertising City of Cambridge Rowing Club’s Big
Weekend of racing on 7 and 8 May 2011. The poster is also attached.

With the weekend’s events taking place at the start of May term this is an
ideal opportunity to see how all your crews (1st boat down to beer
boat) compare to the other Colleges at this stage of the term.

The longer head to head course provides the opportunity for the coxes and
crews to practice the corners under race conditions, with the sprints having
the benefit of testing out that all important standing start.

With a plate event offered on the Sunday for all student VIIIs, it is a
great way to guarantee two races for a bargain price of £8 per seat (reduced
to £6.50 if the crew also enters the head to head).
