Selwyn College Boat Club require a paid coach for the men's and women's sides of our boat 
club for the 2009-10 season to provide and promote continuity of rowing technique and 
styles within each side of the club.

Duties would include coaching most men's / women's 1st boat outings during term time, as 
well as coaching a few lower boats outings. In addition, a training plan for the 1st boats 
would be expected.

Applications will be accepted for separate men's and women's coaches, as well as 
applications for the combined position.
