Dear All

As many of you will already be aware this year's races take place on Sunday
22 March when we need additional help in two key areas - selling programmes
and car park marshalling.

Believe it or not these two items provide the MAIN INCOME STREAM to allow
the event to take place each year! As an added incentive this year we are
under immense pressure to marshal the cars away from the (soft) grassed
areas in Lion Meadow, otherwise we face another dent to our meagre resources
with a bill for repairs.

Our volunteer coordinator is Adrian Sanmogan adrian at sanmogan.com - could you
please reply DIRECT TO ADRIAN if you are willing to help - albeit for a
short time - on the day, and please encourage others to do likewise.
