[CUCBC Contacts] Lifejackets

All coxes MUST wear a lifejacket when on the water.  This is a
longstanding, non-negotiable rule, and is not very difficult to
follow.  In two hours today I saw five coxes not wearing a lifejacket,
which is utterly ridiculous.  Coaches of novice coxes MUST make sure
their cox keeps to the rules by wearing a lifejacket.  Senior coxes
must set a good example by remembering too.  All these clubs have been
fined because this is the only fair thing to do, and fines will
continue to be enforced.

Please double-check that the cox of every outing is wearing a lifejacket.
