Please remember that mens and womens hours have now started. The schedule is
on the website, under Evening Rowing.
There is also a quick summary of what's ok during mens and womens hours and
what's not.

Please remember that mens/womens hours are for EIGHTS, not other classes of
boat (unless you're rowing in the changeover period in the middle). Selwyn,
this means you.
