If any of your crews which are permitted to row below Baitsbite would like to row through between divisions of the Winter League on Sunday, please reach out to the CRA to arrange this. If you are given permission for a row through which requires boating before 11am, those crews (and those crews only) may do so. Per Rule 6 of the <a href="http://www.cucbc.org/handbook/golden_rules" target="_blank">Ten Golden Rules for Safety</a>, please consider this an “announcement to the contrary” for those crews only.<br />
