</div><div><br></div><div>Marshals should be competent enough to understand how bumps works and what's going on. Generally, this means they should have competed in at least one set of Bumps before. Failure to provide marshals as allocated will result in fines, escalating for repeat offences.</div><div><br></div><div>Clubs are welcome to swap slots if it is more convenient, if this happens please email the committee, copying in the captains of both clubs, so we can update the rota.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Finally, a reminder of the pre-Bumps Captains Meeting at 17:00 this evening, in the QB Lecture Theatre in Emmanuel college.</div><div><br></div><div>Best wishes,</div><div>Matthew<br></div></div>
