As confirmed at the Captains’ Meeting this evening, the 15 minute rule will be in place from tomorrow (Monday 23rd) morning, in line with Rule 2 of the Early Morning Traffic Restrictions.<br />

<br />

Only first VIIIs (n.b. VIIIs only, not IVs) <font color="#333333">may boat within the <b>first 15 minutes</b> after Lighting Down or after the allowed boating time on Saturdays and Sundays (11:00am). All other crews may boat 15 minutes after Lighting Down (or at 11:15am on Saturdays and Sundays).<br />

These rules are all in place to try and alleviate early morning traffic, but please remember that weekday outings after 9am count for 1.5 towards the 12 outing requirement, and that’s the best way to avoid early morning traffic!<br />
