<li class="">Please paddle back safely after racing - no unsafe crew swapping (coxes or rowers).</li>

<li class="">Watch where you are going on the towpath. It will be busy on Saturday. There will be a lot of spectators and it is a public right of way. </li>

<li class="">Coxes should be aware of what is happening around them, seeing where crews are bumping out ahead and taking a look behind before clearing to see which way racing crews are going. </li>

<li class="">Clear the river immediately after bumping. Do not celebrate until you are safely pulled in. </li>

<li class="">Everything is two hours earlier on the last day!</li>
