<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>Dear Captains and Coxes,<br><br></div>Following on from discussion last night on coxing out of hours with respect to CUCBC event eligibility (Rule 9).<br><br></div>The current interpretation of Rule 9 is that it applies to rowers only; coxes 
may cox with town clubs out of hours whilst remaining eligible for CUCBC
