The same goes at the Railway Bridge; a small queue is not an excuse to do an illegal start - you will only make the queue worse!</li><li class="">Coxes are reminded that they are responsible for observing crews ahead, including looking out for obstructions, and that they must not row into stationary boats at race pace.
