Please could you send out the message below to all college captains.
"
This is an invitation to College Boat Clubs to enter a unique event.

On Saturday 15th June there will be a 1,000 metre side-by-side two lane regatta held on the reach below Windsor Castle. This will be the first of two days racing (Sunday is for juniors) to mark the 60th anniversary of the Queen's Coronation.

There are invitation events for college eights (men and women) aimed at Oxbridge and you are encouraged to consider this fun but prestigious event which is on Saturday of 8th week. Please note the entry fee includes a competitor's medal, with the royal cipher, for all. Details can be found at:
http://coronation-regatta.co.uk/

Any men's boat which is entering Henley Royal Regatta should not enter this event as it ought to go to Marlow Regatta (see HRR guidance notes).

This is a great opportunity to race side by side with other colleges. There are usual BR classification events you can also double up into if you wish. And you never know who might show up to hand out the prizes. "
