Dear Captains<div><br></div><div>The turnout for early morning marshals was very poor last week. This is one final plea to make sure that you find people to fill your club's allocated slots.</div><div><br></div><div>You can find the rota here: <a href="http://www.cucbc.org/marshals">http://www.cucbc.org/marshals</a></div>
<div><br></div><div>Marshals can collect the equipment (bib and clipboard) from on top of the pigeon holes at the back of Goldie boathouse and should then be in position at their station promptly just before lighting down and stay until 08:30. Full instructions can be found here: <a href="http://www.cucbc.org/marshals/instructions">http://www.cucbc.org/marshals/instructions</a>. If you find any of the equipment is missing please tell us and we will go and check it.</div>
<div><br></div><div>We will be collecting in and checking the report sheets and clubs will be fined for failing to provide marshals.</div><div><br></div><div>It is really important that we have marshals to control noise otherwise we may risk losing access to the river in the early morning. It also follows that you should make sure your crews are quiet before 07:30.</div>
