When assembled, they will then row down to Baitsbite (the start) under the instruction of the marshals. <b>All men's crews will then race at the same time, one after the other.<o:p></o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>The first 20 women's crews</b> will marshal at <b>14:30 at the Railway Bridge</b> in starting order (with the first crew furthest upstream, by the Little Bridge. <b>The remaining women's crews </b>will marshal at <b>14:30 at Chesterton </b>in starting order (with crew number 21 furthest downstream, opposite the P&E).
