Dear All,<br><br>This is a reminder that the new rule introduced at the Captains' Meeting will be taking effect starting tomorrow (Monday, 25th) morning.  The rule reads:<br><br><strong>"That for the 10 minutes following lighting down, no boat will
be permitted to be on the water, save for college first VIII's and
