Dear Captains and Contacts,<br><br>It has been forecast to be very cold this week with temperatures below 0, and there will probably be a few more colder days during this term as well.  It could occur that the river will freeze up at times (as well as at any locations near Cambridge).  Please be aware of this, and also dress appropriately for the temperature and conditions.  Captains, please pass this information onto your clubs, particularly for this week.  If the occasion arises where the river becomes unrowable, then we will subsequently announce when it is appropriate for clubs to train off cam.<br>
