<div>All fines and appeals from the start of term, up to and including 29 October, have now been processed.  I am surprised at the number of 'no lifejacket' fines that have been issued.  Please make sure that every cox in your club knows that they must wear a lifejacket for every outing, including tubs, and that failure to wear one results in a mandatory £50 fine for the club!  I don't think that any club can afford to through money away needlessly like that.</div>
