[CUCBC Captains] YELLOW flag in force until end of day

Dear all,
Apologies that the website is down.
Given the yellow weather warning, high gusty winds varying in direction and
increasing in intensity over the DAY, along with river assessments, the
CUCBC committees have assessed the flag to be yellow all day.

We will update this evening on tomorrow's outlook, as the forecast is
currently very borderline.
