[CUCBC Captains] Early morning noise warning

Dear Captains,

A reminder that early morning noise rules still apply in easter term.
There is to be no coaching nor unnecessary noise from cox, crew nor bank
party before 0730 above the railway bridge.
This applies to crews rowing home before 0730 also, and those doing reach
runs, where coaching must stop above the railway bridge.

If there is any crew requiring consistent coaching/cox calls from the point
of pushing off, they must only boat from 0730 onwards.

The river is shared between rowers and residents and this is the agreement
to keep the peace. There is a threat to college rowing if sufficient
complaints are received to the council regarding antisocial noise, and the
council reserves the right to ban college rowing- something we don't want!
