[CUCBC Captains] Bumps today CANCELLED

Due to high water level and strong stream, coupled with rain and freezing
temperatures, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all racing
today on safety grounds.

We'll reassess tomorrow. In the meantime, enjoy staying warm and dry!
