[CUCBC Captains] Marshals Info for Today

Dear Captains,

With the cancellation of the M3 and W3 divisions, the first set of marshals
are no longer required. The second set of marshals should arrive at control
at 14:10. The third set of marshals should arrive at control at 15:10.

Many thanks on your patience as we made these decisions to maximise the
potential racing.
