[CUCBC Captains] Risk to bicycles at boathouses

Dear Captains

We have had reports of a number of individuals near to boathouses that have
caused concerns about bike theft. They are in the vicinity of Clare Pemboke
and the old combined boathouse. Please be advised and take any appropriate
security precautions to ensure bicycles are locked and boathouses are
secure.
