[CUCBC Captains] Start order and GoR

Dear Captains,

Some more details...

*Bumps Divisions*
Due to the ratio of men's to women's Bumps entries, for what we believe to
be the first time ever there will be more women's spaces in the Bumps
divisions than men's. This boils down to the M4/W4 division consisting of 6
men's boats and 12 women's boats.

*Getting-On Race Divisions*
Those crews required to get on are available here: Lent Bumps 2023 – Start
Order | CUCBC <https://www.cucbc.org/bumps/startorder/26>. Note that crews
that get on may displace some of the first boats at the bottom of the
current start order.
The Getting-On Race on Friday 3 March will be split into three divisions,
and the crews in each division are available here: Lent Bumps Getting-On
Race | CUCBC <https://www.cucbc.org/lents/gor>. There you will also find
information for competitors, marshalling times, etc.

*Scratching*
If you wish to scratch from GoR (& Bumps) and you let us know by 5pm on
Wednesday 1 March, you will be entitled to a full refund of £50.
If you wish to scratch from GoR (& Bumps) and you let us know by 5pm on
Thursday 2 March, you will be entitled to a £25 refund.
If you wish to scratch from Bumps and race GoR time-only and you let us
know by 12pm on Friday 3 March, you will be entitled to a £25 refund.
Note that if you race GoR but don't get on, you will be refunded half your
entry fee, i.e. £25.
In any case, let us know by emailing committee at cucbc.org, not any one
individual member of the Committee.
