A proposal to amend Rule 2b of the Early Morning Traffic Restrictions

today's meeting.

I've attached the updated agenda below.

In addition, an upside-down shopping trolley has been spotted just below

Please take care when navigating the river around this area for now to
prevent any damage to your equipment and to avoid colliding with powered
craft that will be navigating the middle of the river in this area to avoid
damage to their boats. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.
