[CUCBC Captains] Uni IVs Weather Conditions

Dear all,

I hope you're looking forward to the races later.

Please let me point out that there is predicted to be an 18mph southerly
wind and 35mph gusts during the racing later. The feels-like temperature is
predicted to be 11C, and while the chance of precipitation remains low,
consider the spontaneous precipitation of Cam water. This is traditional
yellow flag weather; however, as only first boats are racing today, the
races will be going ahead.

However, please make sure your crews are properly kitted, with towels and
dry clothes back at BH, and dry, warm kit available while waiting around
while marshalling. No one wants to see anyone getting hypothermia.

Fortunately, the forecast for Thursday and Friday is much better.
