[CUCBC Captains] Uni IVs Day 2 Results

Evening all,

Results from today's races are now on the CUCBC <http://cucbc.org/uni_fours>
website; the timetables for tomorrow's races have also been updated.

*Notes from the umpires:*

   - Thank you all for the efficient marshalling and racing today.
   - We once again witnessed handheld recording from cycling bank parties.
   This if forbidden in CUCBC-run races.
   - There are still far too few lights on boats in the second set of
   racing. All boats in the first set of racing tomorrow should bring lights
   with them ready to turn on for the second race if you make it to the final.
